Orders
Orders for standard and special materials must always refer to the offers of LANZANI S.r.l. Orders are binding for the customer. Once processing has begun, no cancellations or reductions to the order will be accepted, except for reimbursement by the customer for the material and processing costs incurred up to the time of suspension, which will in any case be quantified by LANZANI S.r.l.
Prices
These are those in force on the date of the order. All prices are for goods delivered free to us. warehouse, excluding packaging. If during the course of the supply there are increases in material or other production costs, LANZANI S.r.l. reserves the right to adjust prices, even for ongoing orders, to reflect the increases.
Delivery terms
Only the delivery terms indicated by LANZANI S.r.l. are to be considered valid. However, they are to be considered indicative only. In the event of difficulties in procuring materials, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond our control, delivery times will be automatically extended without LANZANI S.r.l. being required to pay any compensation whatsoever. In any case, the customer is obliged to collect the ordered material upon preparation.
Shipping
Shipments are at the customer’s expense and are carried out at his own risk, even those free of charge. Complaints for any shortages must be submitted within 8 days of receiving the goods. If it is agreed that the shipping costs will be borne, even partially, by LANZANI S.r.l., the company reserves the right to choose the most economical shipping method.
Packaging
Packaging is invoiced at cost price.
Returns
Returns of goods for any reason are not accepted unless previously authorized and with packaging, any customs clearance and return costs entirely at the buyer’s expense. To cover storage and administrative costs, a debit note will be issued amounting to 15% of the value of the returned goods.
Warranty
LANZANI S.r.l. undertakes to repair or replace, free of charge, any parts it deems defective. Disputed goods must be returned to LANZANI S.r.l.’s headquarters, free of charge. The warranty is void if the parts returned as defective have been repaired or tampered with. Repairs to defective parts performed by the customer will be recognized only with the authorization of LANZANI S.r.l. and after its approval of the cost estimate. LANZANI S.r.l. assumes no responsibility or provides compensation of any kind for damages that occur during the use of its products, even if defective.
Responsibility
LANZANI S.r.l. assumes no responsibility or provides compensation of any kind for damages that may occur during the use of its products, even if defective. LANZANI S.r.l. declines all responsibility for the execution of parts based on the customer’s designs underlying any patents.
Payments
Only payments made according to the agreed terms and conditions will be considered valid. After the payment deadline, LANZANI S.r.l. will charge late payment interest at a rate of 3% above the legal rate, without prejudice to the right to demand payment. In the event of late or non-payment by the customer, LANZANI S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend deliveries of current orders or to demand advance payment without awarding the customer any compensation or damages. Any dispute regarding materials being manufactured or already in the customer’s possession does not release the latter from making payment by the established deadline and for the full amount of the invoice and without any deductions.
Property
All shipped goods remain the property of LANZANI S.r.l. until full payment of its invoices.
Competent court
Any dispute arising from commercial relations with LANZANI S.r.l. will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Monza.
