Who is Lanzani S.r.l.?
Lanzani S.r.l. is a mechanical workshop in Nova Milanese, in the province of Monza e Brianza, northern Italy, operating since 1966. The company manufactures industrial and road sweeper brushes, spare parts for road sweepers, scrap containers and ecological containers, and carries out precision machining for third parties.
Does Lanzani manufacture or resell its products?
Lanzani manufactures the Scrubby industrial brushes, the steel-plate road sweeper brushes, the containers and most of the sweeper spare parts at its plant in Nova Milanese. Some items, such as plastic-plate brushes and conveyor chains, are sourced externally.
Does Lanzani ship outside Italy?
Yes. Lanzani has been selling brushes and spare parts outside Italy since 2010 and serves Italian and European industry.
Does Lanzani make products to measure?
Yes. Brush production is handcrafted, so dimensions, fittings and strip composition are adapted to the customer’s machine. The workshop also manufactures mechanical and metalwork parts to drawing or sample.
Can Lanzani reproduce a discontinued spare part?
Yes. Lanzani rebuilds parts to drawing or sample: send the original component or the technical drawing. The workshop also produces replacement bristles for every brush brand on the market.
What information is needed to order a brush or a spare part?
For a road sweeper brush or spare part, state the make and model of the sweeper and the size of the part being replaced. For an industrial brush, state the type of forklift or handling machine and the working width required.
What is the difference between industrial brushes and road sweeper brushes?
Road sweeper brushes are fitted to street sweeping machines for cleaning public roads and paved areas. Scrubby industrial brushes mount on forklifts and other handling equipment and are used to clean large private areas such as industrial buildings, yards, waste collection centres and scrap yards.
Which machining processes does Lanzani carry out?
The Lanzani workshop carries out turning, broaching, wire EDM cutting, robotic welding, manual welding, drilling, milling and metalwork. It produces mechanical parts as one-offs or in series, including large components.
Are Lanzani brushes recyclable?
All-steel brushes are recyclable and contain no plastic or wooden components to dispose of, so they generate no end-of-life disposal costs. Versions with polypropylene filament do contain plastic components.
Can Lanzani products be bought online?
